Delivery and Returns

At Brow HQ, we take pride in offering our customers first class customer service. Due to the global Covid-19 restrictions, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the usual timescales detailed below and kindly ask that you bear this in mind when placing you order and selecting your delivery method. Rest assured however, we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

UK DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery

– Orders are shipped by Royal Mail on a trackable service as standard, Monday to Friday.
– Please expect delivery within 2-5 working days of placing your order.

Ireland and Channel Islands Standard Delivery

– Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
– Please expect delivery within 2-5 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
– £10.95

EUROPE

– Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
– Please expect delivery within 2-8 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
– £13.95

REST OF THE WORLD

– Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
– Please expect delivery within 7-14 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
– £29.95

RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@brow-hq.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest. You may return any item in its unused and original condition within 14 days of purchase. Returns postage costs and tracking are at the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at hello@brow-hq.com with details of the fault, within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
Faulty or damaged goods postage and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs will be refunded on receipt of faulty or damaged goods.

We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your return. Any refunds will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the refunds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Any products not purchased online need to be returned directly to the retailer that they were purchased from.
