Responsibilities
- The role of Senior Brow/SPMU Expert at Brow HQ is responsible for ensuring 5* Service and care to clients and guests
- Creating bespoke brow/lash/lip/SPMU using various techniques including Microblading and SPMU
- Ensuring treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and continually improving product and treatment knowledge by following leading brow/skin experts
- Ensuring adequate stock for your treatmentsÂ
- Keeping a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines
- Booking in and amending appointments as required
- Delivering and participating in training as required
- Selling products
- Taking pictures/videos and ensuring work is featured on social media (FB and Instagram)
- Meeting targets set
Person Specification
Essential
- Experienced professional who is exceptional in Microblading/SPMU (holding recognised qualifications and licenses) and an expert in other brow treatments such as shaping, tinting and lamination
- Passionate about brows, making a positive difference to customers through creating the best bespoke brows and a passion for learning new techniques and observing new brow trends
- Good team player, with a positive attitude to work and customers
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable
- 3 years experience
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Sales skills/experience of meeting targets
- Social media skills
