Brow HQ Terms and Conditions
Our customers safety is at the forefront of everything we do, we have policies in place prior to certain treatments to ensure we offer the very best service and above all we keep you safe.
Patch test are required at least 48 hours prior to Lamination, Microblading, Semi-Permanent Make-Up and Tinting treatments. Some of these patch test kits we can arrange to send out to you in the post prior to treatment, some require you to attend a short free of charge appointment in our salon. Some medical conditions may contra-indicate you from having brow treatments, using brow products and services. Please read our full list of contra-indications before commencing any brow treatment.
Booking and Cancellation Policy – Treatments
We value your business, want the very best outcome from your treatments and as such ask you to kindly respect our business policies.
Following an initial consultation, if you wish to make a booking for microblading or semi-permanent make-up treatment a £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. Top up appointments must be made within 12 weeks of the original appointment.
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange your appointment.
Any appointment cancelled within a 24 hour period is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the full treatment as within this time-frame we suffer financial loss if we unable to fill the slot with another full paying client.
Bookings cancelled or re-arranged within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment incur a 50% cancellation/amendment fee. If we are able to fill your appointment slot by another full paying client, this may be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to cancel or re-arrange your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, we can happily arrange this and no cost and refund any deposit we hold for you.
The period of time between a re-booked treatment and/or top up treatment must still not exceed 12 weeks and the re-booked date for the treatment and/or top up treatment not being greater than 6 months from the original booked dates.
Certain medical conditions (including pregnancy and breastfeeding) are contraindicated from all brow treatments. In the event that you arrive for a full appointment being contra-indicated to the treatment, the treatment is 100% payable.
Cancellation policy – Training
We value your business and ask you to kindly respect our business policies.
All training requires a 10% non – refundable deposit to secure your training slot and allow us to prepare your kit and training materials.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to training. If booking training within this time frame, full payment is required. This enables us to purchase your kits, manuals, secure resource, refreshments, models and prepare our training facility.
If you wish to cancel or amend the date of your training, please provide us with at least 14 days written notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Any training cancelled within 14 days or your course commencement date will not be refunded or transferred.
Training cancelled or re-arranged outside of 14 days prior to your course commencement date may incur a 50% cancellation/amendment fee if we are unable to fill your place by another full paying student as within this time-frame we suffer financial loss if we unable to fill the place.
