WHAT TO EXPECT

Lip blushing is a form of semi-permanent makeup, used to implant pigment into the lips which builds layers of colour. After applying a numbing cream, we select a custom-blended colour of your choice and  drawing the outline of your lips. Once you are happy with the shape and colour, we use a gentle digital machine to implant the colour which gives a natural blush effect to lips that have lost colour or shape.

Your artist will complete an in-depth assessment of both your lips and skin, as well as a thorough medical review. We will work together to discuss any concerns and questions you may have about your treatment. The artist will always work with your natural lip shape with a goal to improve the contour and add definition by colour.

WHO IS LIP BLUSH FOR?

This treatment is a great one for everyone. If you simply just want a pop of colour to enhance your natural lip or you want a more defined look. It is completely bespoke to you, whether you want a really bold looking lip or a really natural blush of colour.

For the best results, we recommend the following aftercare:

A top-up is required after 4-6 weeks after the initial treatment as the colour fades while going through the natural healing progress. We recommend booking this on the day of your first treatment.

Apply a thin layer of healing balm provided by us 1 to 3 times a day.

Avoid alcohol for the first 24 hours.

We recommend to drink hot drinks using a straw for the first 5-7 days.

HOW LONG WILL LIP BLUSH LAST FOR?

Durability can vary for each and every client but this treatment can last anywhere from 12-18 months. The pigment will naturally fade so we recommend a yearly top up after 10-18 months.
